On May 23, the overseas inspection and evaluation department of China special equipment inspection and research institute held the first overseas manufacturing license seminar for pressure pipe components (pipes and valves) in Shanghai.More than 30 representatives from overseas manufacturers of pressure pipe components (pipes and valves) in China attended the conference.
According to the requirements of the "announcement of the general administration of market supervision on the administrative licensing of special equipment" (" announcement ") issued by the general administration at the beginning of this year, pressure pipe components (pipes and valves) have been included in the "list of special equipment manufacturers' licenses" for overseas special equipment manufacturing licenses.At the meeting, the overseas appraisal and assessment department made an understanding of the relevant contents in "announcement", "special equipment production unit licensing catalogue", "special equipment safety law" and "special equipment safety supervision regulations".It also explains the licensing conditions for pipes and valves and the basic requirements of the quality assurance management system in the just-issued special equipment production and charging unit licensing rules (TSG 07-2019).Emphasis on overseas manufacturing license application procedures;At last, interactive explanation is made on the specific content of on-site appraisal and evaluation.
